YOU

My focus is on working with open-minded individuals who are ready to be honest with themselves and with me. I seek to partner with those who are committed to personal growth, ready to be challenged, and willing to be held accountable to do the work with me. Together, we will take the necessary steps and actions to create positive change and improve all areas of your life

Who I Work With

Open-Minded

You will be open to learning and engaging with new ideas, concepts, ways of thinking, and being. I want to work with individuals who are dedicated to their personal growth.

Honesty

I expect you to be honest with me from the outset and throughout our time together.  I can only help people who are completely open and honest. You can expect the same from me in return, without judgment.

Committed

For you to get the most from our partnership, you will need to be fully committed to doing the work with me. This isn’t a relationship in which I do all the work for you. You get out what you put in. If you are open to challenge and accountability, and take full ownership of your actions and choices, then the sky’s the limit.

My primary focus is on working with men, but I also work with women. The work I do is universal and isn’t aligned with any specific gender. My clients are typically between the ages of 21-60. The main criteria for me is your willingness to engage and do the work with me to bring about the changes you desire.

No, I work with people who are generally okay and looking to build something positive. I am not a therapist. While I do work on your mental health, I cannot help with serious disorders or conditions.
Yes, I am a fully accredited and professional coach, recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). As an ICF-accredited coach, you can rest assured that I abide by strict codes of ethics. Although the coaching industry is not regulated yet, being ICF accredited means I have met rigorous standards.

To be ICF accredited, a coach must have:

  • Completed a comprehensive coach-specific training program.
  • Met the required amount of coaching experience hours.
  • Passed a knowledge assessment test.

Many professional coaches receive a maximum of 120 hours of training. However, graduates of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) will have completed a minimum of 360 hours. iPEC is one of the best coaching schools globally, known for its extensive training program and focus on Core Energy Coaching™.

An ICF coach can be trusted because they adhere to the highest standards of coaching. They are committed to continuous professional development and ethical practice. Being ICF-accredited means that a coach has demonstrated knowledge, skill, and commitment to the coaching profession.
When we begin our journey together, you will receive a coaching agreement. This is your guarantee. If after one month of working together you do not feel a distinct shift in your thoughts and emotions, you can have a full refund.
No problem. I offer single sessions if you want a quick, solution-focused session with me. I also provide shorter blocks of sessions aimed at giving you a taster of what to expect. You can walk away after these sessions without any further commitment. My goal is to help you grow, which is best achieved through a prolonged period of time with accountability. However, I understand that committing to something without truly knowing much about it can be daunting, which is why I offer taster sessions.
Core Energy Coaching™ is a unique coaching methodology developed by iPEC. It focuses on the underlying energy and beliefs that drive your thoughts, emotions, and actions. By shifting your core energy, you can achieve sustainable, long-term transformation in various aspects of your life.
Sessions are typically conducted via phone, video call, or in person, depending on your preference and location. Each session lasts about 60 minutes and is structured to help you achieve your specific goals.
The frequency of our sessions will depend on your goals and needs. Most clients find that meeting once a week or every two weeks works best to maintain momentum and accountability. During my 6-month program, we also have regular check-ins and contact. The process of growth requires focus and commitment, and I partner with you over this period to help you achieve this.
In a coaching session, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to identify your goals, uncover any obstacles, and create actionable steps to move forward.
