I’ve just finished working with one of my younger clients, Jack, a great lad in his early 20s…

Jack is 17 sessions into his block of 24 that he signed up for as part of my Six-Month Foundations Programme.

The wonderful thing about this job is witnessing first-hand the changes that people undergo.

Seeing someone blossom into a new and better version of themselves is a priceless feeling.

I wanted to take this opportunity to share more about what you can expect when working with me over this six-month period, as I realise that few people truly understand what we do until they experience it first-hand.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝘅-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲

Every client is different, and that means every person is approached differently.

Initially, we work on whatever is most pressing for that individual at that moment.

However, the core of all that I do is rooted in the methodology that I both use and teach: the Core Energy Coaching process.

𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: We start with a unique attitudinal assessment to identify areas in your life that need attention and those that are already serving you well.

𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: You’ll gain an understanding of the different types of energy we all experience—anabolic (constructive) and catabolic (destructive). This includes becoming aware of how our energy shows up at any given time, what influences it, and what blocks it.

𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀: Together, we’ll uncover past traumas, beliefs, and experiences that may be holding you back from enjoying a higher level of energy. We work on rooting out fears and anxieties, and creating a more conscious way of dealing with life’s stressors.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲: As Jack said, “𝙄𝙩’𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝙞𝙩’𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮.” This involves regularly checking in with yourself, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and consciously choosing new, more energised perspectives.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀: The Core Energy Methodology breaks down our intangible thoughts and feelings into a tangible seven levels of energy, making it easier for you to identify, in the moment, exactly which level of energy and perspective you are experiencing, and more importantly, want to experience.

𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵: We address mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and environmental areas, ensuring a balanced approach to personal development. All of my clients receive a unique app to assist them in reading their energy in the moment. This helps identify which area needs attention and hones their awareness throughout the process.

He has gone from being a cynical, judgmental, often angry lad to someone who is now open-minded, positive, more confident, and finally at peace with himself more so than ever before, and in total control of how he shows up.

And yet, he is only getting started…
